BookClub HQ Account Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your BookClub HQ account at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open More.

2. Select Profile & account.

3. Select Delete account.

4. Confirm the deletion request.

If you own a club, first delete that club or transfer ownership using the available club-management options. This prevents a club from being left without an owner.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@stormwindsolutions.com with the subject line “Delete my BookClub HQ account.” Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it safely.

What deletion does

After your request is confirmed, we delete or de-identify your account profile and associated user-generated content from our active systems, except where we need to retain limited information for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose. Deletion is normally processed immediately after confirmation; limited backups or records may take longer to expire where permitted or required by law.

Deleting a BookClub HQ account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You must cancel any active subscription through the Apple Account or Google Play account used for purchase. Purchase records maintained by Apple, Google, or other payment providers are governed by their own retention policies.

If you signed in with Apple or Google, deleting BookClub HQ does not delete your Apple or Google account.
