BookClub HQ Community Guidelines

BookClub HQ is for friendly, welcoming conversations about books and shared reading. These guidelines apply to profiles, club names and images, messages, photos, reviews, comments, book suggestions, meeting details, and all other user-created content.

Keep your club welcoming

• Treat people with respect. Disagreement about a book is welcome; personal attacks are not.
• Do not harass, threaten, bully, shame, stalk, impersonate, or deliberately exclude others.
• Do not post hateful or discriminatory content targeting a person or group.
• Do not post sexual content, exploit minors, or encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal conduct.

Share responsibly

• Post only content you have the right to share.
• Do not upload pirated books, copyrighted text, or images without permission.
• Do not share another person’s private information, location, contact details, or photos without their permission.
• Do not spam, scam, solicit money, or post irrelevant commercial promotions.

Keep meetings safe

• Use accurate meeting details and do not use the Service to organize unlawful or unsafe activity.
• Respect the privacy and safety expectations of meeting locations and other members.

Moderation and reporting

Club owners, administrators, and moderators may remove messages and take other moderation actions through available in-app tools. BookClub HQ may remove content or restrict accounts or clubs that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Use.

If you believe content or conduct violates these guidelines, use available moderation tools or email support@stormwindsolutions.com with the club name, the issue, and any helpful details.
