BookClub HQ Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 15, 2026
BookClub HQ is committed to helping keep our community safe. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, and any content or behavior that puts children at risk.
Our standards
- We prohibit content that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, harms, or facilitates harm to a minor.
- We prohibit grooming, solicitation, coercion, trafficking, and attempts to obtain sexual content or personal information from a minor.
- We prohibit CSAM and any links, instructions, or attempts to distribute or access it.
- We prohibit users from using BookClub HQ to organize or encourage unlawful or unsafe activity involving minors.
Prevention and moderation
BookClub HQ provides moderation capabilities to club owners, administrators, and moderators, including removing chat messages and muting users. We may remove content, restrict accounts or clubs, and preserve relevant information when we believe these standards or our Terms of Use have been violated.
Reporting safety concerns
If you see or experience a child-safety concern in BookClub HQ, report it immediately through the app's available moderation and reporting options, or contact us at support@stormwindsolutions.com. Include the club name, involved account names, and any helpful details. Do not share or forward suspected CSAM.
We review credible reports promptly and, where required, report apparent CSAM or other child-safety concerns to the appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
